Proposition 90 Debate

The Pacific Legal Foundation will sponsor a debate at Chapman Law School on Friday, Oct. 20, about Proposition 90 and eminent domain. PLF offers details here. Members of the general public can get in gratis. Attorneys can get 3 hours of CLE credit for a mere pittance. And everybody gets to come to the reception afterwards! You won't get that good a deal when they bulldoze your house to make room for the new Costco.
